Yes, the changes are free for Spain and Portugal, no changes are made for the rest of the countries. You must contact us through our Contact Form. Enter your name, email, order number and click on Incident. Once inside, select the Change option and follow the prompts.
Once managed from the form, the process for the change will begin, it will be picked up by the transport agency and as soon as we receive the return, we will place a new order with the change without incurring any cost to the customer.
You should keep in mind that this process can take up to a week, since the transport companies take a few days to make the collection and subsequent deliveries.
